You can find tender opportunities by signing up to our tender search functionality from $90 per quarter. We offer a notification service that will send opportunities to you, depending on your industry and location. You can also find government opportunities free of charge.
It depends on what state you are in, however, for example, if you are based in NSW then there is the eTenders platform and most other states have platforms. Pop us an email and we can send a list of links through free of charge. The federal government generally advertises opportunities on Austender.
How do I win more bids and tenders?
We’ve got lots of blogs on this topic and it’s not a short or easy answer. Some tips that you may wish to consider include: – focus on the client and the organisation. It’s important not to be self-focused when you are completing a tender response; – make sure you comply with all of the documentation. This includes providing the necessary supporting documentation and ‘ticking all the boxes’ so to speak; – write concisely. Don’t include irrelevant information. At the same time, it’s important to provide a comprehensive response to each question. That means going into detail, but make sure that the detail is relevant; – Set out and format your tender response correctly. This makes it easier to read and puts the person reviewing your bid or proposal in a positive frame of mind. That’s one thing we can’t help with. Actually, nobody really can. The reality is that it’s your business and you know your profit margins and costs. You are in the best position to price your tender. In construction and some other industries, there are consultants who provide estimating services for the quoting process.

The first step in the process is to review your current tenders and bids. Look at what you are doing right so that you can do more of it, and look at what you could do better. It’s also a great idea to request a tender debrief so that you can get feedback on your previous tender responses and identify why you were unsuccessful. Do your tender writing services include graphics?
Yes. We’ve got an in-house graphic designer who doubles as an editor who is able to assist. Sometimes RFP, ROI’s and RFTs are issued in excel, or a highly prescriptive word format, which means that it’s difficult to incorporate graphics into the response (in excel its generally impossible).
