We are all about delivering value and transparency. Our fees are based on delivering you value and winning the contract. Our Director, Jason Cooney, will review your tender response as well as your existing content and provide you with a fee proposal free of charge.
The range of fee options we offer are detailed below:
Tenders come in different forms of complexity, with government tenders usually being more demanding from a compliance perspective, and private tenders often requiring graphics and a focus on presentation. We provide all inclusive fixed fees for most tenders. A general guide is provided below:
Approximately 8 – 25 hours
Usually 10 – 15 pages
Fee $1,000 – $2,150
Approximately 25 – 45 hours
Up to 40 pages
Fee $2,150 – $5,250
Over 45 hours

Tender or bid review
When you have developed the first draft of your tender, or have a response ready to submit, we can review it for you and make recommendations for improvement. We generally charge a fixed fee of $500 + GST however this can vary in complexity.
Our Director, Jason Cooney, completes all of the reviews and will respond with a report that details observations for you to implement. We’ll focus on what will help you win and provide practical solutions and ideas for you to improve your bid.
Consulting and Training
Hourly rates are usually the best way for us to charge for consulting and training, but don’t worry, we will provide a ballpark figure of how many hours any proposal takes. Our training and consulting service sees us train bid and tender teams or simply respond to a few important questions you may not know the response to.
